Florophilia is a field guide for learning plants. If something is broken, or you have a question about your account, email info@florophilia.com. We reply within two business days.
An account needs a name, an email address, a password, and a ZIP code. The ZIP code sets your region, growing zone, and local weather inside the app; it is never used for marketing.
You can delete your account from inside the app: open the person menu and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, collections, and drawings. You can also email us and we will delete everything for you.
Florophilia is free while in private beta. If a membership is introduced later, subscriptions made through the App Store will be managed in your Apple ID settings, where you can cancel at any time.
Drawings and collections shared publicly can be reported from within the app by signed-in members. Reported content is reviewed promptly.
